Staff was very nice and the room was comfortable. Some noise from the plaza but not too bad.

Pleasant. The building’s architecture is very nice.

The location can’t be beat. It is in the heart of the historic district. The building itself is a beautifully remodeled convent. The individual rooms finished surfaces are nicely done. The carpeting is bad- worn. At night exterior rooms can be noisy. Avoid rooms above the bar/ restaurant area.

The rooms are spacious, but the carpets are - I hate to say-disgusting- tattered and dirty. The room flooring needs to be replaced. The bathrooms need to be redone as well. The fixtures are aged and worn.

Great place to stay in Qto

Location is great and we felt safe since it is a crowded area with a lot of tourists. The staff were nice and had a great service attitude. The place is super clean, and we had a view of the streets, which was nice. The building is very beautiful and big.

Location, location, location. Restaurant was good as well.

The interior rooms on the inside is open to the VIP restaurant down below, and of course they play their music fairly loud during business hours, but the first two days 6:55 in the morning. The workers who are preparing to open. We play at the music extremely loud that’s waking me up immediately. Then they moved this to an outside suite with balconies, which was nice because it had views and fresh air, but the street noise was incredible. So I don’t know which was worse. I did buy some earplugs, and I slept very good last night.

A five star hotel after all these years. Staff was attentive to all our needs. Paulina was awesome. Even special requests were met. No complaints whatsoever.

Great location

Great location in the center of historic city. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a great restaurant on ground floor. It's not part of the hotel, but convenient.contienen. Rooms have air-conditioning.

The breakfast that the hotel provides, at a cost, is not available on weekends. If you're a foodie, you won't like the breakfast. The plumbing made a crazy banging sound , and housekeeping never gave us enough towels.

It was comfortable, but amenities were not as good.

The room was large and comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the City and close to good restaurants.

The room was dark, the only window we had was overseeing a restaurant. I had to work and needed to use the Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi connection was not reliable and many times I had to use the restaurant's adjacent to the hotel. The hotel offers valet parking, which they place your car in a public parking lot. However if you arrive in the evening there is no valet parking available, you need to request a card to enter and exit from the parking lot (much more convenient). One more advice, if you can avoid it, do not have them do your laundry, they charge twice as much as any other hotel I stayed, for the same load amount.

Excellent location, charming old “grand” hotel from yesteryear, super delightful staff. Lovely park side restaurant/bar for a beer and people watching.

Water pressure in shower not great, a little threadbare here and there. Very central location so a bit noisy.

One day they didn’t have a person for valet parking, and we didn’t get a warning. Some pillows were visibly not clean. Rooms don’t have a mini fridge.

Awesome location for an awesome hotel.

The location of this hotel to city center activities is ideal. The town is walkable and being in middle proximity to everything is a huge convenience factor since driving the roads is less ideal.

Gym access would be nice, but not a requirement.

the mattresses are not comfortable at all and we found a roach in the shower.

The room was nice and that was about it.

nice room but noisy with the music outside, toilet handle was partially broken, no luggage rack we had to use an ottoman, breakfast was not very appealing and extra charge if you wanted it. Location was good for walking around. Would most likely stay somewhere else next time.

Good price at a hotel which was more fancy then we are used to.

First they had a driverat airport- very nice for late arrival. They also arranged low cost Uber to San Miguel when we left. Room had very high ceiling and overlooked a park.

The location, room, staff, and restaurant were excellent. No noise issues. The hotel and room were very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Small problem with the air conditioner in my room. It actually functioned well but was occasionally noisy during its cycle.
