Absolutely magical hotel in Queretaro
Gem of a boutique hotel with exceptional team, making my stay that much more enjoyable with Erik, whom was my friend from the start, so forthcoming, helpful and kind, going out of his way to help me in every way possible. Front desk team was absolutely fantastic! I felt like a princess in most spectacular room 209, that has incredible spa like glass room. Everything was perfect and location couldn’t be any better! Parking was taken care of by Erik so I didn’t have any headache looking for one. I can’t thank everyone enough for such a kind welcome to celebrate my birthday in such a special place.
I would like if the smart TV had an options to be able to connect to my phone. It didn’t seem to work despite option being available.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed in two different rooms, and both were wonderful — comfortable, stylish, and very thoughtfully designed. One detail we especially appreciated was having a kettle in the room. It may seem small, but it was very important for us, especially during the colder weather, as we love drinking tea. Being able to heat water easily and also make coffee made the stay feel even more comfortable and home-like. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated with art and design elements, creating a very elegant and inspiring atmosphere. The rooms are stunning — great design, cozy lighting, soft bathrobes and slippers, and a very warm, inviting feeling. It’s a place where you truly feel comfortable staying for a longer period of time. The restaurant inside hotel is excellent. The breakfast selection is outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options, and the food and cocktails are delicious. It was truly a highlight of our stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better. The location is also perfect — the hotel is just one block away from the Gran Hotel, right in the heart of the historic city center. Everything is within walking distance: museums, beautiful streets, and major attractions. You can easily explore the city on foot and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great design, excellent food, a perfect location, and a very cozy atmosphere. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
First, we would recommend paying a bit more attention to thorough wet cleaning, especially in areas that are easy to overlook. Second, we would gently suggest having at least a few staff members who speak basic English. The hotel clearly attracts international guests, and we believe it will continue to welcome visitors from all over the world.

Couldn't have stayed at a better place
Newly remodeled, incredible location in the heart of the city's attractions and history. Perfect example of thoughtful design and going the extra mile from all the staff. The restaurant also exceeded our expectations. Kudos!
Parking can be tough, but the hotel has a deal with a nearby lot and valet parking is included if using that lot.
