Calm, quiet, elegant and good value.

An 11 room boutique hotel. Great location on a quiet picturesque square just a street away from a pedestrian walking/shopping area that was itself only three streets from the centre of the town’s historical centre. Lovely staff.

A design hotel basically means that a designer was given free rein in the rooms. Not always east to figure out how things worked. But once clarified, all worked well.

Design of the hotel and location are fabulous.

Staff was kind of unfriendly and not really willing to help on questions and issues. In-hotel Breakfast cancelled short-term because the owner was not present… Amenities not on 4-star level

Great location and nice rooms!

The room was great, once they put us in the right one, which wasn’t the case initially, and the location was fantastic. Rooms on the top floor a lot better than the ground!

the Pool is a lot smaller than the pictures and not really well maintained. the bar and seating area are not too great and breakfast is a bit over priced.

Das Bett / La Cama / The bed!! By far the most comfortable bed and sheets we have ever slept in. The shower design was really special. What you get for what you pay is extraordinary.

A modern, comfortable hotel inside a historic building in the very centre of the city, rounded by restaurants, coffee shops and small charming shops.

There is not enough parking for all residents. There was no milk for the coffee in the room.

Very modern and design

Very new hotel with a fantastic design. The rooms are incredibly modern. For the suites, you have a private terrace with plants all around, looks like a small jungle :D The hotel is very well located in the centro historico of Qro, but very quiet.

The price is a bit excessive for Qro.

I absolutely loved this beautiful treasure of the place! I loved my room on the high floor with an amazing view! Everyone was so kind and they have provided best comfort I could even dream of. Thank you to Alamo and incredible girl working at the check in and front desk.

Great location, spacious room, the pool was lovely at the end of a hot day.

It wasn’t a problem but the location shown on booking.com is not the actual location. It’s located opposite a nice garden plaza.

Beautiful place, everywhere. Very comfortable bed, awesome shower, great views upstairs where our room was. Lots of space.

The room has a sewer smell that didn’t fade. The lighting was lovely but difficult to work & you cannot turn off the lights in the bathroom area without also turning them off in the bedroom area (or so it seemed despite all our experimenting).

so beautiful. the architecture and details. the insides of the rooms, the lighting, the roof views. plus the pool with chairs in water
