Very nice quiet hotel in a great location

The room was beautifully and thoughtfully appointed with convenient switches and plugs. We appreciated the double sink in the large bathroom and the toiletries were of high quality. The bed and linens were lovely. Great location on a quiet street. The very good cooked-to-order breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Really the only complaint was that the public area where breakfast was served was an open courtyard. Normally this would be great, but our visit was in December and it was pretty cold in the morning for an al-fresco meal.

A wonderful base to explore historic Queretaro.

The hotel has two properties, we stayed at Casa #2, around the corner from the original property. It's right on the edge of everything you would want to see in the historic center of town, and it's wonderfully quiet. It is a small space, just a few rooms, with breakfast (lots of options made to your choice) served on the patio. The room was nicely appointed with good linens, a comfortable bed, a Nespresso machine for your first hit of coffee and plush robes to lounge in. Plus, there's a small heated plunge pool to relax in after a day of walking.

Would have liked some hangers in the closet.

Relaxing, quiet, and great location!

We needed to arrive a date earlier and although I tried to contact them through Booking.com (per the confirmation email) I didn't receive an answer till after the fact, so I was happy that they were able to take us a day earlier. The breakfast was included in the price and the cappuccinos were delicious. The beds were comfortable and the towels very soft. Nice bathroom with hot water.

I tend to forget that boutique Hotel means small spaces so while there was no enclosed public space, hanging out in the smallish room was okay for us.

Very centrally located in the old city, exceptional staff, great breakfast, lots of local character, very comfortable and well appointed rooms with filtered water, cute courtyard and great rooftop with a view of church tops. Perfect stay.

Fantastic centro histórico location. Beautifully reimagined space and very comfortable. Purified water at the sink and shower is a wonderful touch.

Great location, nice room and sweet staff.

Two things: 1)While our room was nice, bed comfy, it’s quite dark. The worst part of the stay is that the air conditioner clicked all night. It woke us up 15 times. Also, it rained and there is glass on the ceiling! The rain was really loud on that glass, and again… we couldn’t sleep. 2) The pool is at another property that we never got to… I read that in other reviews, but I assumed the other property was just across the street. It’s around the corner, no big deal, but I didn’t love that.

Comfortable, quiet accommodations in a lovely hotel where you will be well cared for by the friendly staff.

The staff is wonderful and they served a hearty breakfast each morning. Bed was so comfortable and the bathroom large with a nice deep tub. Beautiful view from common rooftop area. It was so close to several squares and many restaurants but it was very peaceful. Thank you Eduardo, Ernestine and Christina!

A small refrigerator would be a great addition to the room.

Simply wonderful

Fabulous setting, right in the middle of the Historic centre. Quiet rooms set around a lovely plant-filled courtyard. Huge, comfortable beds, good shower with nice complimentary toiletries. Nespresso machine in room. Lovely staff who provided a simple but delicious breakfast on the courtyard. Water in taps was filtered so you could drink it rather than buying bottles. Added bonus was the small pool you could also use in the sister hotel round the corner. One of the most unique and loveliest places I've ever stayed!

Very comfortable, stylish, well equipped room hot class wifi. Very pleasant outdoor courtyard for shady breakfast. Shady in late afternoon for reading, relaxing and very pleasant for evening apéro whilst star watching. Breakfast is prepared to your liking.

Service was great, staff really friendly and place was truly nice. I will book again when I return to Queretaro in the near future! Cleanliness was superior. Location can't be surpassed. I loved my stay in such a nice, quiet and comfortable hotel. Now I know that there is an extension of the hotel around the corner with a swimming pool.

Warm water in the shower comes out rather late which causes a significant amount of the precious liquid being wasted
