Well located basic hotel

Location & appearance

It’s not comfortable. Furnishings seem chosen for looks but not comfort or practicality. The lights were not on in the hallway in the evening so we had to use our phones to see our way.

Great option near downtown

Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. Very clean (and pretty much new). Amenities were nice too. Location is really good and while we were able to find a parking space outside, they have a special tariff in a nearby parking lot.

Highly recommend Casa Oxa 💕! It’s a very cosy hotel in a beautiful city!

The staff was lovely and very helpful! The design and decor of the hotel was also beautiful and the location perfect 😍! Overall we loved it.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning, but the staff was super quick to fix it for us.

This place is a great value, well maintained, and a relaxing place to explore Queretaro from!

My husband and I stayed here for a week while exploring Queretaro and taking day trips. What we loved the most was the location. It's close and walkable to everything in the Centro without being in the noisy part. And it's just a block north of the main drag, so it's easy to be dropped off by Uber or a cab. We slept well every night, even though we went during the independence day festivities. This place was an oasis to enjoy Queretaro. The front desk staff was so helpful and attentive -- Andre helped answer all our questions and even printed out directions for us to get to Bernal by bus! The continental breakfast in the courtyard was perfect for starting they day. The cleaning staff kept our room so clean. The only issue we had was very small (shower wasn't draining) and resolved within just a couple hours. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The room had an air conditioner, but the building never gets hot ... opening the window gave us a nice breeze and kept us cool even without it on.

I can't think of a single thing that was bad about this place. We will absolutely stay again.

The front desk was excellent. Extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. The location of this property is very good and it was quiet at night. Which is unheard of when close to Centro.

After reading stellar reviews, I was slightly apprehensive. The property is at best at two star hotel. I’m in my 60s and I’ve traveled all over the world. if people continue to give these types of properties extremely high ratings the visitors will never be completely satisfied.

Cómodo hotel en el centro de Querétaro

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo en el centro de Querétaro, cerca de mucho lugares por ver. Tienen un sistema algo estricto de seguridad, pues solo puedes entrar al edificio si te dan acceso o con la llave que te proporcionan después del check-in, pero me pareció adecuado. Estuvimos solo una noche, pero la limpieza y organización del hotel y la habitación fueron buenos, y el trato del personal muy cordial. Me hospedaría de nuevo ahí, sin duda.

Al estar poco tiempo, realmente no identificamos algún defecto importante en el edificio o en la habitación. En las mañanas ofrecen no un desayuno, sino solo un "snack", el cual no tomamos (preferimos comprar los bueno tamales que están justo en frente del hotel), pero parece que dicho snack es realmente muy poco sustancial. Pero, aparte de eso, todo muy bien con el hotel.

Llegamos en carro y estaba un poco difícil estacionar cerca del Hotel pero las chicas de la recepción salieron a ayudarnos con el equipaje. El hotel es precioso, la decoración en tonos rosas y dorados fue encantadora, tenia una pequeña piscina pero no la usamos, pero es bueno tener la opción. La habitación era muy amplia, con dos camas grandes y mobiliario hermoso. Muy cerca del centro histórico, diría que unas 3 cuadras. El parqueadero con el que tienen convenio esta a solo una cuadra y es bastante amplio y seguro. Todo me encantó, las chicas que nos recibieron fueron increíblemente agradables y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidas. El desayuno que te incluyen superó mis expectativas, un día nos dieron tortilla de patatas y la amé. Todo estuvo excelente!.
