In spite of its shortcomings, a nice, comfortable place to stay.

Nice location out of the city while still close. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Off street parking.

More than one bathroom for the three bedrooms would be better. Having to carry suitcases up a steep flight of stairs to the bedrooms was an effort. Strange switches in weird locations for kitchen appliances.

Perfect stay

We liked everything. Emma our host was great from the beginning. She messaged when she realised the age of our wee one to offer a travel cot. She had bought one brand new and provided pink bedding knowing we had a wee girl. So thoughtful. She had also left a welcome pack to get us started. The back was enclosed and safe for our wee ones. The front green had tree swings and football nets. There were disco lights, a firestick etc. Our wee ones had so much fun here. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and more. There were toiletries left etc. Honestly everything was just perfect. My wee man wanted to say and called it 'our new house'. We can't wait to go back!
