Wouldn't even stay

Close to where we had to go

When we got here there was dirty towels in the shower,rubbish still in bathroom bin and hair on the sink. When I looked at the bed there was pubic hair on the sheets. Then when we where heading out that nite the door wouldnt lock and then when we finally sorted that it took us 10 mins to try and get back into the bedroom again. I did message the owners on the bedroom tablet but I never got a reply. I have sent some photos of our room

Disappointing stay

Location is excellent and it was very warm.

We were supposed to receive an email on how to access the room. We did not get this but luckily we arrived in the afternoon and someone let us in. Unfortunately it was not the same for another visitor who tried to get access to his room at 7.45am and woke up all the visitors for another three quarters of an hour. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. We found someone’s bracelet on the floor in our room. Not very clean.

Easily accessible location to the city centre, very clean and fit for a short stay

Very small room with limited storage, very thin walls could hear other guests conversations through them. Tablet or tablet charger wasn’t working and could not get on the WiFi messaged the host after arriving for ten minutes- we stayed for 2 nights and still no reply

On the edge of the city...

A very comfortable room in a quiet location. Tea, coffee and toiletries in the room. Excellent wifi. Spacious shower and adequate notices in room to control heating. The separate room with the view is very well equipped. The tablet is a very modern touch but doesn't suit everyone.

The coat hooks behind the door were too high and there no Irish TV channels.

Amazing stay just 10 mins from the city centre!

We loved how the rooms were as per the picture and clean. The location was just 10 mins from the busy city centre which was great for us, quite yet accessible. The tablets with all information was a nice touch. The best part of the house was the garden room with an amazing view.

The only issue was a ticking sound from the tablet in Room 4 in the morning which was solved by temporarily switching off the tablet.

The room was OK, and check-in was easy, if you have the message handy.

OK for a night or two

The room had everything we needed. Price was fair. Check-in was relatively easy via key code. The power went out during the evening (due to Storm Amy) and was only partially restored (bathroom light only). Unfortunately, our room had an electric shower so we couldn't use it. The host was quickly onsite to reassure guests that everything possible was being done to restore power.

Each room has a tablet for check-in, check-out and other communication with the hosts, local info etc. I found it rather annoying, as it kept clicking when (I assume) other people were using their keyboard (must be like a chat), including late at night and early morning. The TV is very small. I also found the quilt/duvet too narrow as it only just reached over the sides of the double bed when empty. Hence, I did not sleep well.

Brief one-night stay in a quiet neighborhood near Derry

The self-check-in worked well as all the needed information was provided beforehand. I liked the tablet in the room that contained information about local attractions and restaurants. The bathroom was big and clean. The corridor and bedroom were a little more cramped, but I did sleep well. It was also nice to have a shared outside space where guests can use a fridge, cutlery, or even cook there, with a lovely view onto a field with sheep.

There was a slightly unpleasant smell in the bedroom, perhaps someone smoked in there before I got there. Can't be helped when people are disrespectful, and I certainly won't hold that against the owner.

This property was perfect and in a great location just a few minute drives to where I need to go, in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed in room number 3 and it’s was really perfect. We got take away and went to the cabin to eat and the views were amazing

We really loved this place!

This place is perfect! You will have all you need and it is simple to reach and get in contact with. We loved the kitchen with sitting area - it´s got a marvelous view. Derry is a lovely place with the old town and it´s history. Take a walk over the bridge and enjoy the surroundings.

The trashcans was overloaded, maybe because we were there on saturday-sunday.

Just ok somewhere cheap to put ur head down

The property was fine but not much to see out side as it did say view was good but couldn’t see anything only field

When we arrived there was iPad to check in check out had hard time trying to do that as it kept going dead couldn’t order breakfast which was very disappointing as we had long day ahead with Foyle cup I sent message to threw the iPad asking how but no reply

Sadly no personal touch, could have been so much better, if we had not ignored.

It was in a great location, it had off the road parking, it had very clean rooms nicely decorated, first impressions were very good. Good value for money.

I was on chatting with the proprietor about breakfast options, I was given 3 choices. When I picked option 2, all correspondence ended. When we checked into the room, we again mentioned the breakfast, only again to be ignored. Next correspondence was them telling us to check out on the tablet. Breakfast request again ignored. Not nice to be ignored

Quiet place to chill and relax

It was easy to find and well maintained,clean and tidy.Lovely garden to relax in and in a nice quiet area.

Only issue I had was with noisy guests but it was only a mild irrational and didn’t affect my views on the property and owner,who was very pleasant and helpful.
