Every thing was great
The property was great just the it’s a quick walk in to Derry but going back to the hotel it’s a bit hilly

The room itself was lovely and warm, especially as the hosts kindly provided a heater, which made a big difference. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept really well during my stay. The housekeepers were so lovely and friendly, they really made the experience better.
There were a few aspects that werent the best. The “private bathroom” wasn’t truly private, as there was no way to lock it from the outside, meaning others could potentially use it. It was also quite cold, which made it a little uncomfortable.
Cleanliness could have been improved, as I found a used cup and teaspoon left in my room on arrival, the spoon didn’t get cleaned any of the days I was in the room. The plugs were also quite far from the bed, which made charging devices inconvenient, although there is extension cables in the room.
Accessibility may be an issue for some guests, as there are only stairs, so you need to carry luggage up. The property is also located up very steep hills, which can be difficult, especially with bags.
One small note: in the single room, YouTube on the TV does work, you just need to press the white button on the remote rather than the YouTube button.

Breakfast time didn't suit as it was a short window (8-9.30) and it was also not in the same building.
