The owner is a lovely man who is very helpful with anything you might need. Cosy room for the night, slept very soundly. Great shower for the morning after. And then a lovely little breakfast available downstairs with a good cup of tea. Location is brilliant, Derry is a compact city so you can walk to everything from this place. Was able to park the car on the street outside the door which was a bonus, but there is a good big car park opposite if you were stuck. Very happy.

Breakfast was included. Good position, short walk into the centre of town. Friendly staff. Clean room with comfortable bed.
Smallish room. No in room tea or coffee facilities, but it was available in the dining room.
Fiddly instantaneous shower hot water unit.

Tiny room. Very noisy, you can hear people talking about level below.
