Absolutely unique and beautiful decor, nice and quiet, a feeling of security, not overcrowded with guests. Kitchen facilities downstairs where I was free to use cutlery or tea/Coffee facilities.
A nice sense of autonomy and being respected as a guest.
I was not asked about breakfast options and there was no staff at the property.
This was both good and a slight inconvenience, however there is more than enough local services for food anyway.

I loved the immaculate and quirky furnishings and decor, it felt very high end considering the reasonable cost. An extremely well equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dryer with the added surprise of a cinema room in the basement. The location in Derry was quite central so easy to walk to all that the city has to offer. I received a very warm welcome from Connor with lots of information when checking in.
It was a bit of a faf checking in at another property called the Lawrence Rooms then making our way to Hestia House, it was a few streets away so quite a walk with lots of luggage. Parking is very limited and we only got a space later in the day, thankfully it was free to park for the 2 nights so no walk with luggage when we left. Little bit of confusion about where to leave the key when checking out, this needs to be made clearer to guests, perhaps some in room information would have been useful.

Good location and close to the city centre. Lovely decor and a high spec finish. Nice touch with the coffee machine.
Rooms were very hot, we could have benefited from a fan in the room, but most disappointing was that the room wasn't cleaned for the entirety of our stay (3 nights). We saw the cleaners most mornings, but they never came in to our room to clean.
