Hestia House

I got up-graded to the Art House!!

I was "upgraded" to another site, Clarence House. It was even better than the original property. The breakfast in bed was fabulous. I got something different every morning and it was all fantastic!

I liked everything!

The bed was so nice! The location is good as well! I would recommend!

It's a bit of a walk from the check-in desk to the rooms.

The kitchen facilities were aesthetically pleasing. The room was clean and very nicely decorated.

There was no coffee maker or French press (the cleaner told us there should have been 2 but couldn't find them either). The movie room is first come first serve - so we couldn't use it as it was locked by another customer. We didn't realize our room was on the 3rd floor - I don't believe that was in the description? and there is no bathroom to use other than the one in your booked room. Our heat wouldn't turn on. We messaged and they replied the heat was on a timer. At 10pm the heat still wasn't on in our room although all other radiators in the building were on and radiating heat. I messaged again and he said he would give it a boost ... nothing happened ... I messaged again and there was no reply.
