Shania (restaurant Manager) was very professional and helpful.
Hotel was under construction, pity because it's a lovely hotel. There was no atmosphere, hotel was quiet though we still enjoyed our stay.

Staff very pleasant. Some of the amenities not available possibly due to building work. Bar area good with some love entertainment during our stay. Would book again once refurbishment is complete.

It was an amazing hotel the greetings at reception was so welcoming i felt like family. The room was huge and so so clean. Bar staff wow breakfast wow . Everyone so helpful we will definitely go back. Best value for money we have ever received. Thank you Everyone for spoiling me and my wife. See ye soon regards Roger and Tanya
