It was clean and Morden

I couldn’t sleep at night because of the noise from the street felt like there was no window as you could hear everything. Also the building was laud being tiled with no mats etc to help reduce noise

Local and close to anywhere I needed to be

The toilet system continuously ran with water all day and all night which you can imagine can be very annoying when trying to sleep.

Well thought out room, convenient location, helpful staff.

Really good location, staff very helpful, bed comfortable and bathroom clean. Well placed plug sockets with USB points. Overall, did exactly what I needed it to do.

Good and cosy i like the decor it is very well maintained

I found this place to be great however heat is unbearable id rather it not on at all.

The heating was far too unbearable it almost made me faint. Also the fact that there's some rooms with no windows also and some have windows to the inner hallways which could be very very damaging if someone didn't notice and they took off their clothes. Also one shower door fell on top of me whilst washing i went to close the door and it fell off and on top of me!

A short stay of Perfection

Beds were so Comfortable my child slept like a log. Room was spacious Everything that we needed was there. Second time to stay as is central to everything outside. Security at night is a plus. Really Recommend

Great concept shame about the other guests

The hotel is clean and central, very basic room

The self check in with key code access is something I’m used to but every other guest in the place didn’t have a clue which included drunken and aggressive hotel guests shouting and screaming at all hours of the night. Did not feel safe at all. Too scared to call the emergency number as walls so thin. Sadly won’t return.

Terrible experience worst hotel stay ever, would not recommend, only contact via email so no one to one can be had

It was modern

Too open heard every noise, chewing gum on bathroom floor, shower rail hanging broken, bed very uncomfortable, had fire alarm activation at 1am then 3 episodes of people banging on room door between, 2.30am and 5.30, had people conversing and coughing in foyer area from 4am to 6am, you could hear every word and they did not try to be quiet. When I sent details of my night to hotel owners they cancelled my stay on booking.com so they would guarantee getting paid for non attendance even though I booked on online as requested

Excellent customer service and great value for money

Lovely cozy room with beautiful bathroom, free WiFi and smart TV. coffee and tea was nice and the room was lovely and clean. what really sold it for me was the customer service, spoke with management and they were so helpful and accommodating, cleaning staff cleaned the room when asked as we went shopping and generally felt very welcome and appreciated.

The room was comfortable and it was definitely central to downtown area.

A lot. This was a staff-less hotel. We booked somewhat last minute and had to sort through email to figure out how to even get into the building let alone our room. Parking was around the corner and I couldn't get the app to work correctly to pay for parking. Bed was comfortable. Room was fine. As expected, a lot of street noise made it into the room.

Unsafe

Location

This is not as advertised. It is not a hotel. I messaged through booking.com if I could drop my bags off I got no response. Later I was given a mobile number to contact and when I contacted the management by text, I was told yes I could drop off my bags, but when I arrived there was no person or security on site as advertised so there was no way for me to get into the building. The only way to communicate with them is by mobile phone. Annoyingly there was the sound of a smoke detector that was out of batteries coming from the hallway and when I asked for it to be investigated by texting the management, I got no response. Room Number 5 had a shower which had what looked like a camera in the ceiling. I suggest that is investigated and I am happy to provide evidence for this. I asked for a refund as I could not sleep due to the sound of the chirping and I felt overall unsafe due and then upset about what looks like and I am sure is a camera in the ceiling.

Sadly would not recommend

The room does have some mod cons and is designed well. The location is just a few minutes from town and local landmarks

The location in that part of the town has several drunkards and drug addicts that frequent through the night making lots of disturbances. Our rooms were not cleaned well, dirty marks left in the toilet bowl which was unpleasant and hair in the bed. With no reception there isn't really anyone to speak to for assistance. There is no control on temperature in the building so found it cold. Also we had a mix up with our door entry codes/rooms so had a little difficulty accessing the rooms but this was sorted by calling a mobile number. We had a 2nd night booked but chose not to even through there is a no refund policy on all bookings.

Great location, no character and too expensive

The location is great

We paid a fortune for two nights. Got stuck in the lift for half an hour. Rang the number for the hotel and a woman answered and said somebody would be along soon to get us out. A man named Peter was very helpful and got us out, but he said he just worked nearby and was asked to check on the place. Nobody from the hotel did any follow up to check that we were okay or to offer any kind of compensation or apology.
