Warm, cozy and clean and great value for money.

This place is brilliant, easy to get to and lots of parking about. The rooms are lovely for a night away, clean and warm and comfortable. Everything was easy and with the lock codes in and out it felt very safe being so close to the city center. Really enjoyed our girls night out and Raymond was very friendly and super helpful when we arrived. Will definitely use this facility again.

It was clean, comfortable and walk distance to all the great things here. Room on small side but manageable

It's very noisy here there's a gate that constantly bangs throughout the night, neighbours coming in drunk and banging, setting the fire alarm off. You can't control the heating it must be on a timer so sometimes I was a little cold.

A Hard Pass!

Nice new clean bathroom and central location.

NO WINDOW in the room. The listing did not state this. I would not have chosen this room had I known it was windowless. Paid full price and drew the short straw. This is in essence false advertising. Anyone booking this accommodation is gambling. NO top sheet on bed, just a duvet. Are you kidding me? And the cleanliness of the duvet cover and bottom sheet was questionable. No prior communication from proprietor regarding entry codes even though he claimed that he had. A hard pass!

Value, comfort, location 👌

Amazing location but somehow really quiet! We had a fantastic nights sleep, despite it being a busy Saturday night in bustling Derry! The bed was very comfortable, and the shower room was immaculate. Bread, milk butter, fruit, and cereal are a nice touch. 👌 If you're looking for a comfortable base, right in the middle of things, for a great price, then book here.

Some more info on nearby parking would be helpful. We parked on the street nearby, which was fine as it was sat night/ sun morning, but if you're staying during the week, you'd need to find somewhere else.

Breakfast was lovely with choices bread cereal yogurt Kettels toaster microwave and oven pans all you need to make a lovely breakfast

When we arrived we where directed to where we could pick up the keys to the apartment, the location was local and everything was close by within walking distance, the rooms were clean and excellent value realy great stay, highly recommended 👍

Fantastic location and the rooms were very clean and was a great size great communication between William and myself wile we were organising the trip over from Scotland one of our keys snapped in the door and called William and he was there in 10 minutes with a replacement key would recommend this place to stay I will be staying here if I'm back in derry.

Pleasant

The location was great- right in the middle of Derry and very close to the main bus station. The kitchen was a great amenity with the mini fridge.

There was only 2 thin towels provided, and they were never switched out. Everything just stays damp due to the humidity and constant rain, so it would have been nice to have fresh towels offered, or working laundry machines to do it myself.

Lovely stay in rooms convenient to the city centre.

It was very close to the city walls and there was a car park nearby in William Street. The room was very clean airy and bed very comfortable.

Due to the location, it was very noisy at night, particularly on Saturday night when I was woken up at 2 am by traffic shouting and horns being sounded. That could have been a one off thing and it's something that's out of control of the owner.
