Great staff, really friendly and helpful!
The room was beautiful, really tastefully decorated and a comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious too.
Breakfast was good and catered for different dietary requirements. It's all continental, self service, and informal, which is quite nice rather than having to flag down a staff member!
It was pretty noisy. We could clearly hear people as they passed our room, and could hear the conversation in another room when we were in the bathroom.

I liked the decor and the proximity to the town centre
I hadn’t realised there were no stairs so it was quite hard dragging my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs
I had to lie diagonally in the bed to be able to have my legs straight

Great location close to everything, very comfortable beds and pillows. Super friendly host, excellent amenities and a beautiful breakfast.
Could be a bit noisy at night but you expect that in the city
