Was a good location
Self check in, which is fine, however when the fire alarm goes off at 2am and you are unable to reach anyone to get it sorted this is not ideal, guest had to try and sort the problem as booking.com or no one could contact the owners, they issued an apology the next day and said a refund would be issued. After lots of back and forth with booking.com one month later, the property are now refusing to issue a refund. Not great customer service at all!!
