The staff were very friendly and the hotel had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. There was lots of space to sit and relax and the food in bar and restaurant was delicious..
Next time I will ask for a room with a view as mine was a bit dark

Property is lovely
Rang to book appointment but reception couldn’t do it then was to ring me back but didn’t.
Doesn’t explain how parking works re tickets etc
Had the room next to me shout and scream night staff were lovely but reception next day when I asked if I could be moved she just said the couple was checking out. No apologies or like she gave a crap.
