Great communication and price
Private bathroom wasn't on the same floor as the room which wasn't revealed until day of booking and water pressure in shower is really weak

The main check-in property at Lawrence’s is exceptionally well managed and very well located. We were actually surprisingly upgraded on arrival from 44 North to the Art house - which again shows how well managed the set of properties are. The staff were extremely welcoming and extraordinarily helpful as we had many bus and city related questions which they helped with - with enthusiasm. The Art house property was beautiful and the kitchen + dining room facilities were amazing - all their buildings are very beautiful! The location was only 10 minute walk from Guildhall, but even 44 North is only 15 minutes!

Everything.....Fab place to stay wonderful!
Everything, clean great facilities and the host was just the nicest man! 2 kids has a ball and it was so suitable!

the building is in a quiet neighborhood. Easy and free parking available nearby. Five minutes by car far from city center. The room was cleaned.
very small room and very small bed. No mirror in the room. The private bathroom was outside the room, downstairs. In the shower the hot water flow was poor.
