Breakfast was good just missing fried eggs!
Location is great
Think room needs upgrading we we're in room 233 carpet very grubby all stained needs replacing and shower could have been better pressure..the shower floor didn't look clean

Good space. Great location. Good parking.
Skeleton staff on reception. Had to ring a few times. No plug points by side of bed. Renovation will probably fix that.

The location was very handy for us.
(1) The battery in the Sky TV remote control in Room 108 had expired so there was little or no response from the buttons on the remote. The one in Room 109 worked perfectly and we made sure we followed the same instructions to set it up, all to no avail. I left a WhatsApp message about the TV remote battery before 5pm but got no reply.
(2) The temperature dial in the shower did not respond, regardless of whether it was forwarded to the extreme or turned back to the extreme, so I had to have a cold shower.
(3) One of the bedside lights was not working.
