staff were very helpful we were put into a room with a broken window and as soon as we rung they had upgraded our room and offered free drinks aswell to make up for it

Hotel well situated. Room sound. Clean.

Did not like restaurant. Food was good. But we ordered 2 meals. We received 3. Told staff about it that we were charged for 3 meals when we only wanted 2. Said they would refund the money. When we checked emails ect there was no receipt or refund. Very disappointed.

Good for one night away just

The location was perfect, hotel was ok for one night, breakfast was nice. Staff were lovely and we were aloud and extra hour check out.

Double room was very basic, smell of damp in bathroom. We were , evacuated at 4am due to fire alarm.

Lovely stay in holiday inn Derry, so convenient to everywhere we wanted to go, would thoroughly recommend!

The helpfulness of the check in staff,, the young man whose name we didn’t get, and the Indian girl Nisha, were so helpful to us! We loved staying here!

Don’t like to complain the first room we were assigned, there was a lot of noise from the air conditioning unit, but I rang reception and Nisha got us a different room

Beds were probably the most comfortable of any hotel we've ever stayed at. Breakfast was tasty. Hotel bedroom was a decent size Hotel was in an excellent location. Would recommend.

I was placed in a corner room. And for the 2 morning the was a scaffolding being erected right out side my room from 7:50 both mornings. This is my idea of hell. No lay nothing. So yea that ruined my whole stay. Although I have already told yous this

No sleep and no TV

Friendly staff, clean and good breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights. I reported the TV in the room kept turning off after a minute, The receptionist said they would get it sorted when we were going out the next morning and it was never sorted. 2nd night of stay there must be a water tank right above the ceiling grill in the room which kept gurgling and flushing very loudly which resulted in no sleep from 4am.. Very disappointing stay with no sleep 2nd night.

The friendly staff catering to whatever you needed. Clean room, comfortable bed and easy access shower. Breakfast was great, catering for all your choices. The location was brilliant with easy access to shops, bus station, where you got the transfer to the train station. A most enjoyable stay. 💯🌝

We needed to stay one night October 31 Halloween night in Derry, they really really took advantage of the demand and charged us a ridiculous and outrageous rate, really taking advantage of the customer. A usual rate of anywhere between 120 to 180 skyrocketed, we paid over 500 for one night 😡

(1) The battery in the Sky TV remote control in Room 108 had expired so there was little or no response from the buttons on the remote. The one in Room 109 worked perfectly and we made sure we followed the same instructions to set it up, all to no avail. I left a WhatsApp message about the TV remote battery before 5pm but got no reply. (2) The temperature dial in the shower did not respond, regardless of whether it was forwarded to the extreme or turned back to the extreme, so I had to have a cold shower. (3) One of the bedside lights was not working.

This was our fourth stay in this hotel and we would stay again

Good choice at breakfast, though only one choice of egg(scrambled). No sweetners for tea/coffee, just sugar (I did ask a staff member). Staff on reception polite and friendly. Comfortable beds. Location great for shops and seeing the sights close to bus/train staion

The soap and shampoo dispensers in shower were Dove brand containers, but definitely not Dove in them. They had been refilled with something else. The shower wash was horrible smell. They had been used and refilled so many times the writing was wearing off the containers.

Location. The breakfast was basic but good to be included in the price. Bed was comfortable.

There was a smell like dry sweat upon entry and it was there for the duration of our time their. The shower floor needed a deep clean. There was yellow stains on the wall behind the toilet. There was a hole/crack forming in the ceiling from water damage. We were told parking was 24 across the road but with them it will be reduced to 12. I still had to pay 19.

Good base of operations for Derry, close to shops and restaurants,

Easy to park as we had a disabled badge. Close to many restaurants. nice room.

Sadly the breakfast was bland and many items were in short supply. Lack of scrambled egg and knives at one point, too many street drinkers in the area. The room has a large bed for the size of the room, so that meant no bedside cabinet on one side, and for some strange reason the quilt was too small for the quilt cover, which meant a cold sleep. Mentioned it to reception, received with indifference.

Poorly trained staff, dirty room, dirty bar tables both in the evening and in the morning at breakfast, sticky floor in the breakfast room (bar), noisy bar with rowdy customers. Below-average breakfast. It would have been fine if I'd paid €100-120, but not good for €225!
