Location
Some broken steps outside and very noisy during the night from other guests. When I phoned reception to complain, there was no answer. Even though they’d left a card in the room, saying to phone reception if there was noise during the night. Never seen that before so must be common!

The are is not bad at all. Easy to go into town to The attraction centres. Its good if you have a car
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel.
Firstly, I was not made aware that functions or events were taking place on the premises. This resulted in considerable noise and movement late into the night, which significantly affected my comfort and ability to rest.
Additionally, the room I was initially checked into was extremely uncomfortable due to a strong smell of cleaning products. The odor was so overpowering that it became physically unpleasant, to the point where I could almost taste it and felt unwell. This is not the standard I would expect from a 4**** hotel.
Due to these issues, I had to contact Booking.com to seek assistance, which further disrupted my stay.
Room cleaning after the 1st night was not up to standard. Used water glass were not refreshed, water was not replaced, checking if water was just complimentary on arrival only. This was dissapointing
I would highlight [LOBBY] at the reception who handled the complain professionally.
Also I wish to appreciate the breakfast staff for their excellent service; in particular ELAINE was outstanding
Overall, the room and experience did not meet the expectations associated with a hotel of your rating.
