Kieran was an excellent host and did a great job providing extra helpful info like where to park close by. Bedding was very comfortable and the location was top notch. Literally right next to the wall. Near great restaurants. Meet the Peace Bridge
It would have been great to have the correct code to the door to get in but that was resolved fairly quickly so not a big deal.

Lovely period rooms that were very comfortable on a quiet street.
No on site staff. The information given was that reception was manned until 6pm.
If the property made it clear that it would be a self check in I would have been more diligent in checking messages for updates on instructions. Once contact was established Keiran was very helpful but I get the feeling he may be overworked.
