Room was spotless, although it was very warm. Couldn't open the window as it was on the ground floor. I also didn't realise it was a converted house. As I was alone with my daughter I was very conscious there were men staying upstairs. The locks were very ample on the doors, but I was still very aware of that fact. Want to point it out for anyone else.

Room size was good, the bed was also big enough and comfy
The thermostat was not working and the room was so cold, we contact them and they said that was fixed and when we went back the issue was still there, no answers, help, or solution at all we slept completely cold
