Lovely modern decor. Clean and comfortable. Mini fridge stocked with bottled water. Spacious room. Warm comfortable bed.

There are a number of stairs up to the rooms so wouldnt suit someone with mobility issues.

A short but mostly enjoyable stay

The property is very modern and cleaned to the highest standard . The facilities are basic but adequate for a short stay . The location is very central and walking distance to all attractions

The property is close to a nightclub and so we could hear thumping music into the early hours of the morning . This was probably because we stayed on a Saturday night . Also we had room 7 which required us to climb 3 sets of stairs and as an older couple this was not ideal .

Super clean and location is brilliant, the room came with a balcony which was a great feature as we smoke, the room was very cheap considering your right in the centre of the city, the owner was great and very polite , we easy give it 5 stars out 5 and wouldnt stay anywhere else in the city if were down for the night, we highly recommend No.5

I loved my stay at N05 in Derry. Everything was so efficient and easy. The room felt chic and modern, like a boutique hotel. I had a balcony in the back that was completely magical. The location could not be better. I would stay here again in a second. the whole place is truly spotless it's incredible. The Bed was great some of the best pillows ever.

The location seems to be great, and it is pristine and clean. Extra tea etc available was nice too.

Being near the Diamond suited my reason to be in Derry this weekend. The nightclub nearby felt like it was in the room below, so from 21.00 to 01.30 expect thumping club music. Sleep is just not an option.

Very good accommodation in centre of Derry

The accommodation was in an excellent location, near The Diamond in the centre of Derry. We had a spacious room, with everything we needed and some nice extra little touches. Self check-in with code was easy to use.

Great room, but new nightclub has opened

Stayed here on multiple occasions with my partner, excellent location. Exceptionally clean and tidy, you have everything you need at your door step. I cannot really fault the premises at all.

Unfortunately, there is now a nightclub at the bottom of the street, we stayed the weekend and it was fine on the Friday. But the Saturday night, we didn't sleep to after 3am due to aggressive hard techno. I know this is not the fault of the property managers, it's just something to consider if you plan to stay at the weekend. But maybe it won't bother some. Apart from this, the stay is 10/10

Always enjoy our stay in the premises and the city.

Excellent location, spotless.

Amount of stairs to climb, due to my knee problems. Although you are warned that there may be problems regarding music noise from next door, very loud music lasted until 2.00 am, and noise from the clientele outside the premises lasted until 2.45am. Not allowing for any sleep until after 3.00am left us Absolutely shattered. Also 2 chairs instead of chair and stool would have been more comfortable to watch tv.

Smart check in and great room!

The small studio was perfectly located near the Walls and very clean, neat and tidy. The small kettle was absolutely cute and the mattress was actually very good! Being under the roof it would probably be hot in the day but the evening and night was absolutely marvellous and the views are stunning.

Location absolutely amazing. Short walk to everything. Room well equipped and v v comfortable. Well decorated. Really nice. Parking nearby v cheap.

I would recommend this accommodation a thousand times over.

Food is not part of what is on offer here, but everything you need is either inside the rooms, or just outside the front door. All within easy walking distance. I wrote " home from home " in a handwritten note that i left at the property, but it's better than my home.

There is no real criticism of anything, but one small thing, in room 5, in the writing corner with a chair, someone like myself would write notes, it was a little dark. Maybe a small stand up lamp would be possible in that corner.

We were here for the open we were on the road before breakfast time the accomadation is very central not far from the bus station

Location, cleanliness and nice big room . Cheap car park at top of Bishops street, few minutes walk.

Steep steps as there are three floors above a shop to Reach the apartment. We were on the second of three floors and there are 34 steep steps to climb . Only bring a small suitcase .

A bad experience, small beds, warm and noisy rooms.

Central location in Derry.

The rooms were located near a very trafficked road, during the night. The rooms did not have aircondition, and was very warm. The “double” beds were very small, almost not room for two people. My request to the staff were not answered, which is very bad for a non-reception facility.

Great location. Secure. Really clean comfortable stay. Mini fridge, fans provided which were needed as it was an unusually warm weekend during our stay. Extra towels and condiments for tea and coffee supplied if required. Modern decor, wifi, hairdryer shampoo and conditioner all supplied too. Definitely would stay again.

Couldn't ask for a better location, we walked everywhere. Easy check in with code, kettle & tea/coffee & fridge, plus many dining options steps away. Super quiet & dark room & very comfy bed. We were on top floor w/ a great view of the beautiful 'oldest dept store' (no prob with slightly lower ceiling w/ 6' man) Lots of steps, but the view was worth it.

The shower floor was extremely slippery. But we but a hand towel down for traction.
