Really clean, comfy, and fantastic view over the city.

Was a perfect location due to where we needed to be, shirt walk into town if needed, we got parked right outside, couldn’t fault it.

We were under the impression there was a restaurant due to the info sent. Completely understandable if it was closed due to flooding but we only discovered that after. The no take out rule was frustrating due to that, as I have mobility issues at the moment and planned to eat on site, we would have disposed of all packaging.

Value for money was ok, but breakfast was not great, as for the price ,u would expect a hot breakfast...and found location a bit far out of way. Im disabled, and found going up and down stairs if there was facilities for disabled, I did not see it..

Very clean, comfortable and modern interior. Great staff, and great continental breakfast included. Easy self check-in. Free parking. Easy walk into town.

The room was lovely and slept 4 people, but was very tight when those 4 people have suitcases. We made it work though.

Super serendipity

Everything was perfect the responses were fast and helpful from staff, the room was super comfortable and clean and the breakfast had a really lovely spread!

I wouldn't say there's anything I really didn't like it was all quite good the only thing was an issue with the front door at the start but the issue was swiftly resolved

I had a really lovely stay here, the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. The private bathroom is conveniently located just a few steps down from the room. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything False info on Booking .com as in no full English breakfast no parking on site room so so small in each others way TV not working properly couldn't have shower as water couldn't be regulated (TOO HOT) no reception to consult with was met by young boy showed us to our attic room with no fire escape foul smell in ensuite no wardrobe bad value for money

The breakfast was excellent.

The room was very small and the wardrobe had been turned into the bath room. Free parking was on the street and the stairs were steep and narrow as we climbed to the room at the top of the building.

Great to be walking distances to the sights

Room was tiny, but fine for us. It was nicely renovated and very quiet. It was an easy walk to the city. Loved the breakfast and the view from the back balcony. We had street parking right outside the property. Narrow staircase. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We could not recommend this property.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities available in the room.

The staff were unwelcoming and never smiled. The en-suite bathroom was ridiculously small and it was impossible to use the tiny sink because it was squeezed into a gap between the shower and the wall. The shower tray leaked and the floor was awash every time we used it.

Pictures can be deceptive. I booked the property looking at the pictures. In the pictures the B&B looked nice and well kept. However, reality was different. The bathroom was very old and the shower pipe was leaking. The bathroom was very very old and needs major renovation. The rooms just about okay. Breakfast is nothing to talk about. A very basic place to stay a night.

The girls were lovely.

The man taking my booking was rude and unhelpful. I requested room to be ready at 1 so I could get ready for a wedding only to be told he forgot. Waited and waited. Had to get ready in a diffent guest bedroom and was late to the wessing. My room was the same size as a coffin and the bathroom on a different floor.

Room was clean and spacious. En-suite grand. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was continental-(think for the price a cooked breakfast might have been offered).

37 steps up to room on top floor! I’m not young any more. Car parking out on street—so not able to park directly at the house. Quite an uphill walk from city centre to the guesthouse.
