Fantastic location with a very friendly host who cooks a lovely breakfast, we arrived earlier than expected but Joan arrived very quickly to let us in. Joan is very knowledgeable of the area and the property is a stones throw from The Museum of Free Derry (highly recommend), murals and the bottom of Waterloo street where a lot of the good pubs for traditional music are.
Our room was spotless with a good shower and comfy bed.

The location is ideal—there is convenient parking nearby, and it's just a short walk to the town center. The owner was incredibly warm, kind, and helpful. The house has a typical Northern Irish style, and it is very cozy and clean.

Joan is the most friendly host you can imagine. We got a lot of informations and ideas what we can and should see and recommendations for dinner and pubs. The breakfast is individual and delicious and our room was simple but nice. There were a lot of parking options on the street around the house, which is located very near the city center.
The bed could have been a bit longer. I think somebody taller than me (1,85 m) will have difficulties to fit in.
