The staff were outstanding - from reception Emmett , to be shown the room by Colin, the breakfast staff , and John ? In the bar @ Lawrence , all so friendly , warm , humorous , enhanced my Derry experience greatly

I didn’t like the bathroom being away from the room , but I chose that , i knew the layout on booking . But if I had to comment I think en suites are always preferable

Gorgeous property close to the city centre.

A beautiful stay that has everything to fit your needs! I particularly loved the efficiency from staff and the fact that breakfast was delivered to my room every morning!

The only fault I have are the beds. They are on the small side and not comfortable at all.

Wonderful stay at the art house! The staff were incredibly friendly, the interior was beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the city centre, food market, restaurants, and supermarkets. Highly recommended.

Perfection.

The luxury of the property was exceptional and the thematic approach to decor made you feel you were surrounded by interest and inspiration. It was quiet, secure and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating We had breakfast most days and it was nourishing and delicious. The property was very clean and well organised and though we didn’t use it, there was a well-equipped kitchen where you were able to cook if you wished. Fairly central position but we used taxis when we needed to travel from one place to another. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

A unique and delightful stay in an excellent location!

Beautiful from the moment we stepped in the front door. The smell of fresh flowers, the warmth of the place on a damp evening and the warm welcome from staff who met us with our keys. The room was also beautiful and breakfast was delightful!

It's a small thing... but the mattress on our bed was quite saggy in places. But we loved everything else!

The property was wonderful, until we were introduced to our room! It was a small box room with a 3/4 bed in it. We both felt quite claustrophobic as you couldn’t swing a cat in there. Spoilt the visit really! Don’t accept room 4!

The rest of the accommodation and the outside area were perfect. The staff were nice and friendly.

Affordable cozy accommodation

Cozy & comfortable. Within a 10 minute walk of the city centre.

The back ally entrance into the studio apartment where we stayed felt a bit run down and unkept. The breakfast was an extra 15 pounds PER person so we didn’t get it. It is on a very steep hill but we managed to park easily and it wasn’t a problem.

Great place to stay in Derry

Brilliant property, spotlessly clean. Great atmosphere. Lovely decoration. Team and Coffee and relaxation facilities. Staff were outstanding. Breakfast to die for. Beautiful decor and Books! Loved it!

Property next door (Jazz House) has a large dinning area outside that was noisy one evening. It's on a steep hill and the staircase is narrow (if you have a lot of luggage. The rooms are not huge and not all en-suite.

Very stylish semi self catering house within ten minute walk of Derry centre.

Super friendly welcome and ongoing interactions with staff and managers including great tips for drinks and meals in Derry. Amazingly stylish decor with grand welcoming public rooms and excellent kitchen with outdoor covered seating as well as dining area. Room had separate dedicated bathroom / WC with excellent shower a few paces along a lovely carpeted landing. We ordered the room delivered short breakfasts which were excellent quality and served on attractive tray w eco cutlery and straws!

Room was quite compact (though good double bed) and road facing so a few noises from street. It was an exceptionally hot weekend in Derry and the room caught the sun such that the provided tall fan did little to cool us down at night - though the rest of the house remained fresh and cool.

great location (though on a steep hill so challenging if you've got limited mobility). Super friendly hosts, lovely optional breakfast (though more vegan options would've been more helpful). Clean room, could barely hear neighbours, made good use of the communal kitchen, dining area and lounge which is sorely underused by those staying. Lovely cleaners who did a great job too! Hosts were very helpful on our final day trying to get a taxi to airport (book in advance if possible!)

More consistency with their morning tours as most of the time they don't go ahead due to lack of people signing up. More vegan food options on breakfast menu.

Wonderful stay!

The breakfast was above expectations! The fresh fruit bowl was soooooo good, not to mention the café latté. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook or bring in your own supper. Lovely accommodations! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and me. We thoroughly loved our experience and would highly recommend.
