Artistic stunning apartment city view

Walking distance to center of town, nicely decorated. . Kitchen fully equipped

Host was not very communicative. A misunderstanding about early checkin left confusion and uncertainty on my part as I had hoped to get in early to have remote work meetings. Host took a long while to respond to messages so tried calling the phone nbr on the listing but it didn't work.

L'appartamento abbastanza spazioso e adatto per 4 adulti. Arredato in modo particolare, come si vede dalle foto, pulito con tutti gli essenziali. Posizione buona, disponibilità di parcheggio e zona tranquilla. Peccato che il cabinato non funzionasse :(

Apartament de decoració molt moderna a prop del centre de Derry amb cotxe de lloguer. L'apartament està bé i és fàcil aparcar al voltant, just al costat de l'edifici. Hi havia molts utensilis i productes dels anteriors visitants.

Es nota que és un apartament que ha passat moltes batalles. Caldria renovar alguna cosa i millorar-ne la neteja. L'entrada fa una mica de por i tot.

The property is in a great location and has plenty of available parking. The host is great at responding to messages but apparently not great at acting on feedback, as all of our complaints have been raised previously in reviews.

The property and furnishings were very tired and need to be replaced / refreshed. Bedding was old and of poor quality, towels were in short supply and mismatched, there were tears in furnishings and everything just felt worn. The property requires a thorough deep clean. There were dead flies on the kitchen tiles, inside kitchen cupboards were filthy and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Everything felt grubby and old. The kitchen is poorly equipped- only on sharp knife supplied, mix matched crockery, glasses and cutlery and not enough glasses. Whilst not the owners fault, sound proofing isn't the best and we were regularly disrupted by the neighbours coming and going.
