Perfect in every way

The location was perfect, just a short walk into the city centre while still feeling peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was also very quiet, with no traffic noise from outside at all. We honestly couldn’t fault it. The staff were amazing, and the Christmas tree was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay over Christmas feel extra special. We loved it and would absolutely stay again.

It was easy to find, everything worked, it was quiet.

You need some more kitchen tools. We couldn’t even find a spatula to flip our eggs. We made due, but that’s a thing for people who get an apartment instead of a hotel. We’re not cooking a gourmet meal, but do need some basic implements.

The style and the position of the apartment. The staff by mail/text was available and very kind. I'd recommend the stay.

Great homebase - close to everything.

Great location and well appointed apartment in the heart of town, this unit was a great spot for our family to take in a football match, tour the Bogside and enjoy local restaurants. Cannot recommend enough!

Difficulté de trouver le système d'eau chaude pour la douche (manque explications). Rien d'autre. Appartement au 1er étage, dans ascenseur ne convient pas pour des jeunes enfants ni des handicapés.
