Beautifully decorated with excellent use of small space perfect for couples or a pair to share. Very comfortable in all aspects, excellent hot water everything working well. Every single thing we wanted to see/do in Derry was within a 5 minute walk from this address!! The property is naturally very warm but there was a large effective fan available which resolved this immediately!
The keypad entry system takes a bit of practice you have to be patient and then very quick once it activates. At one point after a few attempts it started emitting an alarm and we had no direct contact details for the property which is unstaffed but luckily we got it at the next attempt.

The colour scheme. Telly was good.
Not comfortable. It was cramped. Bathroom was tiny and smelt mouldy. Bed was okay. Lounge chairs uncomfortable.
