Two key problems, but otherwise a good flat.

Good size, nice decor. Friendly and helpful host.

WiFi stopped working on Morning 1 and didn't start working until late on Day 2. There was no hot water, except for the shower, at any point.

Great location but Noisy & leaving very tired

Location is great, very central and a great spot and easy access in and out of the city. Beds are comfortable. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

The windows are broken in both bedrooms, meaning the noise is awful as it's on a busy road they aren't sealed tight. The kitchen pots and pans are scraped very badly which made me unable to cook with. The other apartment above have had party's both nights, we are leaving absolutely drained and tired. I don't like the fact you can't control the heating yourself as its set at certain times and times we came back to the apartment after getting soaked at the halloween celebrations and we were cold until it was turned on again, although when I phoned up for the heating to be put on it wasn't a problem.

Lovely clean comfortable and fabulous area to stay! Would highly recommend this appartment!

We were a little disappointed there was no welcome package..ie Milk, sugar,coffee! First thing guests want to do when they arrive is make cuppa! We were also without a TV for the 3days we were there! One of our party doesn't sleep great and watches TV...

Love this place

Everything about this apartment is great. Clean, comfy beds, and brilliant location. Close to everything, like the Peace Bridge, City Walls, Museum of Free Derry, Tower Museum and Guildhall. Plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. There is a Tesco a couple of minutes walk away. Derry is a very walkable city. The apartment is still as lovely as when we stayed a few years ago. Really helpful host, left us some milk in the fridge so we could have a cuppa after our late arrival. We drove down from Giants Causeway and found parking on a side street about a five minute walk away. We had a great couple of days before heading off to Belfast. We will definitely be staying again,

We got a bit cold and wet. I messaged the owner to ask where the heating was but it is on a timer. My brother feels the cold. To be fair, the heating did come on after I spoke to the owner and it has not put me off staying again, Can't wait to return!

Great city stay

Great location. Great stay in apartment. Everything as expected. Difficult to get in contact on day to establish check on arrangements.. Original booking said keycode wud be sent 7 days before was not. No response to emails. Turned out met staff on day but no confirmation of same so was left unsure u til contact was made on same day if check in just a few hours before arriving.

It’s in a lovely spot, it’s clean and spacious

I contacted the host multiple times prior to arrival about checking in, with no response. This left us quite concerned about being able to check in. When I got in touch with a contact of the host (who texted me just before check in time), he was lovely and helpful. It was just quite disorganised and could be much better in terms of checking in instructions.

Lovely Apartment

Apartment was lovely and comfortable and we would 100% come back now we know what to expect RE checking in etc. Host was helpful with his parking recommendations and the apartment was in a great location

We had issues with the heat- apt was freezing one of the days and we couldn't turn on the heaters. Eventually they came on for a short while- obviously on timer. An instruction sheet in the apt would have been helpful advising of this. Communication could also have been a bit better RE checking in and out. Checking in was very confusing and we weren't sure what to do to check out considering we had to meet someone at check in so just had to assume what we were supposed to do as we didn't hear back from the host before we left. This could maybe be outlined in the booking itself for future guests. I don't think it's necessary to have to meet a person for check in especially when the process did seem quite straight forward. We did however really appreciate that the apartment was ready a bit early for us.

Very nice stay, we

Excellent location, very handy to central tourist area and restaurants. Nice view of river from the apartment. Kitchen was well-equipped.

It was interesting, Google Maps put the location in the middle of the river. We checked the postal code we received twice, and both times it got us wet. We also did not receive an apartment number. Would recommend better directions, I.E. "look for the Chinese restaurant, door is around the corner on the left side of building. Also, the lighting in the main living area was quite dim; it was very hard to read after dark.

The location was perfect, with everything very close by.

The apartment overlooks a main road which remains relatively busy during the night, and can be quite noisy when the window is open, which was needed at time as the room could become quite hot.

Everything was right on our doorstep and the apartment was very well presented. Colin was very helpful.

It was very bright and airy. The views over the river Foyle were amazing and the apartment had all the facilities you would require. Best of all it is very central to all amenities.

We liked the view we had of the river was nice seeing boats go past. They had a few items there that was nice to have as we arrived late like milk in the fridge.

The heat comes on automatically and can't be turned on or off at any other times we arrived back after dinner and apartment was cold but couldn't turn on heat.

Amazing location John and Connor were great and very approachable as and when needed Apartment was stunning had everything we needed and more Will be back here and highly recommend Usually stay at city won't ever stay anywhere other than here Mandarin Palace tight below, we were to hungover to go to restaurant and it was brought up to the door couldn't have complained about anything it was all perfect
