The location, ease of check in, communications from the property (mobile /SMS). Fresh milk, tea and coffee provided. Breakfast cereal mini boxes and tayto crisps provided. Beds really comfortable and clean. TV and good selection of channels. Good heating system on timer. Warm and cosy. Lovely cool decor and art/books to enjoy. Fridge/freezer and lots of plates, glasses and crockery available. Felt like home!
Minor issues, overall lovely stay: the front main door to the street was difficult to open/close securely, it was easier to leave it unlatched/ open. There was a smell from drains when using the shower. Shower pressure was not great. No car parking at the property (public car park very close, but needs payment)

Good size, nice decor. Friendly and helpful host.
WiFi stopped working on Morning 1 and didn't start working until late on Day 2. There was no hot water, except for the shower, at any point.
