Disappointing experience.

The location.

The property smelled bad and was dusty and dirty which was very disappointing. The bed sheets and pillow cases had not been changed and had many hairs on them. The owner had also failed to inform us of the building work directly behind the property. We were awoken just after 7:30 am by the builders.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Shaun’s property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable. I loved how cosy and welcoming the atmosphere felt and it struck the perfect balance between stylish and homely. The location was perfect with parking right outside the property and close to restaurants and pubs yet peaceful enough to fully relax. Shaun was incredibly attentive and responsive, making check-in smooth and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay.

Great base whilst in Derry

Great location close to the city centre. Plenty of room in the house and it was very clean. We were able to park along the street outside the house. The house was warm with the option to put the heating on yourself if needed. Shaun's house has a lot of character and is a great place to stay whilst in Derry.

We found the pillows a bit hard and flat, they could do with changing, apart from that I couldn't fault anything.

The property was very conveniently located for all major sites of interest. The property was in a quiet residential area. The property was spacious and comfortable and sufficiently met our needs.

Front bedroom was quite noisy with outside traffic. However, not much you can do about this as Derry is a bustling city.

Perfect location with an awesome parking situation. Very room with good facilities. The instructions from Shaun were clear and he was super available to answer questions when needed.

A pleasant stay in Derry.

The location was fine a short walk (20 mins) into town. It was a nice quiet street facing a lovely church.

Sadly, diggers were outside and we had to park a little bit away. Nothing that can be done about that.

Excellent stay

Lovely three bedroomed apartment with easy access located directly opposite a Cathedral. Two large double rooms and a twin room. Condition of the apartment is clean and comfortable with plenty of seating in the lounge. Large bathroom & shower. We had 2 cars and found free car parks along an adjacent street not far away. Shaun was easy to contact and assisted us with any query. He supplied some excellent recommendations including having dinner at The Exchange. Very happy with this accommodation and the location is great and only a short 5-10 minute walk downhill to the centre of town.

Brilliant girl's night away in beautiful Derry.

Brilliant location (though cathedral bells were a loud alarm clock!). Clean and cosy home which was toasty warm with the heating on. Comfortable beds which easily accomodated six people.
