Great value for a group.
4 bedrooms with double beds, great for a group of singletons. There was also a hairdryer- fantastic for the ladies šŸ˜.
Nothing to dislike but it is a little further from the town centre. I know Derry and was aware of the location so it didnā€™t matter that much.

Comfortable apartment in a well located area
A very comfortable apartment with 4 bedrooms and a living room, plus a well-equipped kitchen. We were traveling for work and we enjoyed that it was calm enough to get a good rest, while still being not too far from the city center and other locations of interest. Communication with the owner and check-in were efficient and easy. We definitely recommend.

It was good, everywhere else was clean except under beds
It was very spacious, had everything we needed.
One of girls lost her phone so we were looking under beds etc Under the beds we found used tissues & opened bottles of alcohol

Nice stay with family
> Very clean, specious rooms > Nice & big kitchen > High speed internet > Near to city centre > Beds were comfy & good lighting > A big bathroom & an additional WC
> Automated check in instruction wasn't delivered and so had to wait outside for 30 mins and try to reach the host. Luckily I could connect to the host and get access to the keys. Waiting outside of the property with kids is the thing I didn't like. Booking.com support team was clue less about it and wasn't having any information on it, they should be having proactive checks in place! > Leaking tap in bathroom and broken wall on the staircase and broken shelf in the kitchen can be a quick fix to consider by the host! > The ground floor bedroom window was locked, I feel suffocated since no other ventilation was available in that room!
