Good amenities with terrible upstairs neighbours

Good location, everything we need for a short stay

The upstairs neighbours. I don't understand what is going on there, but the guys didn't stop to talk super loudly and make noises the entire day: checked in at 5pm: the guys were talking and moving Back from the street at 11pm: same thing 3am or 5am: noise and talking. They don't even stop to breath 8am: the same thing. Does someone know what is going on upstairs? They don't sleep, they don't stop making noise, they talk more than a talk show host (and it's loud) 24 hours a day

Very clean and well presented bottom floor apartment, accessible via the main street. Everything there needed for a short stay, some nice little touches from the host. Would definitely stay again..

Loved everything it’s perfect, clean, cosy and good area like a home away from home!!

The only problem is the man upstairs the flat is soo loud you can hear everything! Heard him most of the night playing music and shouting which isn’t ideal.

Clean, cozy, warm. The only thing that I missed was filtered water ( tap water is not the best so the taste of tea could be bad) but it’s a small thing that is always a problem everywhere.

Derry inside the walls was lovely but outside I didn’t feel quite so relaxed

The good thing about the location was that it wasn’t far from the city but it was located on a very steep hill making parking difficult!

This was a great location for walking to the city, the Host was excellent and helpful and we found parking on the street. The only issue could perhaps be is that the space around the bed and toilet/shower area maybe a bit tight. The kitchen and living area was great, all facilities and amenities very good.

Small and lovely

This is a quiet apartment in a quiet zone. It is not very central, but it is within walking distance of the city center. Finding a parking slot was easy on the main road, which is a few meters away from the apartment door.

The bedroom and the bathroom are both a bit too small for my taste. However, they are clean and good-looking. There was no plug available on the bedside to charge our phones (there was one, but using it would require moving the small table on the right and not being able to open the toilet door anymore).

Couldn't have been better

I had a fabulous time in Londonderry. This lovely little house suited my needs and was ideally situated for what I wanted to do & where I wanted to go. Eileen was there to meet me, and was very friendly and welcoming. I am already thinking about going back next year !

Well equipped and nice to have a bit of space. Good location.nicevwelcoming feel to property.

Couch not very comfy and only street parking on busy streetwhich made it tricky for getting bags in and out of car especially if raining. Also number on property not quite correct. Was given number of lady who lived next door.... easily fixed.

Great place to stay

The host was so welcoming and friendly. Instructions for entry were sent on the day of arrival. The apartment was well stocked, with bread, butter, jams, milk, juice, cereals, tea and cleaning/washing products. There are two small supermarkets very close by, and a couple of eating options and bars just around the corner. It was an easy 20 minute walk into the city. A little tip for location: the Apartment is 2C.

Not a criticism, but we found parking a little tricky when we first arrived; however, after that initial time we had no trouble at all.

couldn’t sleep between upstairs neighbours making noise all nite to the work men waking us up at 8 in morning everyday also couldn’t lock the back door and tv couldn’t get the channels had to stick YouTube on also the contental breakfast thing was bit disappointing just mini box of cereal and sour dough bread that looks brown tastes like white bread gone off

Exceptional

This apartment was lovely and cosy and spotlessly clean. It was also exceptionally well equipped and had all we needed for our stay. Location was good - a 15-20 min walk to the centre. The peace bridge is a lovely route to go if you're walking. Our host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!
