Multi level stairs. Opening levers for sky lights very large & bumped head multiple times. Slug trail from dining room door across floor. General decor & furniture very jaded & multiple old rugs covering carpets gave impression they must be very dirty underneath.

It was clean and tidy. Location was perfect. Host was very helpful when we couldn’t find it initially. Also accommodating in allowing us to have an early check in.

Great location. Beds super comfy. This gem of a property has everything you need. A home from home.

Nothing I didn’t like. As it’s on the main nightlife street some may find it a little noisy but ur didn’t bother us or stop us from sleeping in the really comfy beds.

The location was amazing! It is so close to the local pubs, restaurants and shopping area. The host was really helpful. They left instructions for self check in and other helpful information such as parking and WiFi etc.

It would have been great to have a length mirror but that is just being picky!

The property is in a fabulous location. Very close to shops, restaurants and pubs. Great facilities, 3 double rooms with good kitchen and living space. Good communication from host with clear check in instructions.

Paul (host) was really friendly and welcoming. As an added touch because we were staying a few nights he left us dressing gowns and slippers. The place was immaculate and loved the location.

owner extremely helpful. very central - few minutes walk to guildhall, shopping centres, restaurants, pubs etc. building with lots of character and old city walk at the back. lovely view of city from Velux at top bedroom. warm and clean.

It was great for a one night stop .

Great location and close to so many lovely restaurants and bars.

Unfortunately as it was Saturday night the bars across the street partied well into the morning and it was a bit noisy.
