Grat location

The location was superb. It was clean and comfy but it needs a few wee touches or repainting to make it wow.

As other people said in their reviews the sofa in flat d was very grubby and it needs a new cover .

A few more hangers that cater for trousers would be useful. Also the shower door did not work on the runners. More Hooks in the bathroom would be useful. Also somewhere to hang outside coats etc.

Very comfortable & convenient despite the initial delay.

Great building, very clean, spacious & centrally-located.

Checking in was a major obstacle that wound up taking about 2 hours. Had it not been for another guest arriving (who was also having problems checking in) an hour-plus after we did, I’m not sure we ever would’ve gotten inside. This was my 1st stop in the UK and I hadn’t had a chance to buy a SIM card for my phone yet, thus preventing me from being able to access any instructional emails or messages from the proprietors. For the sake of those in a similar situation, I would advise the staff to send out such key information as far in advance while patrons do have wi-Fi access & can be better prepared upon arrival. Besides that, the lodging & our stay was fantastic!

Great location Nicely furnished Easy free street parking from 6pm -9am Comfortable bed in bedroom Owner was easy to contact when we had an issue with the fridge and sent maintenance within 20 minutes

Fridge wasn't working correctly but the owner tried to fix quickly Lamp in bedroom didn't work The pull out sofa bed had marks on it that needs a steam clean But very good stay would recommend as I'm sure these things will be fixed ASAP.

I wouldn't stay here again if it was free

The bed needs to be taken to the tip - it is on pieces and the mattress lumpy and all disconnected. It was like sleeping on a sack of potatoes. Heavy fire doors were annoying. It was extremely noisy when people walked in the street. Unclean, dated. Vinyl flooring in the kitchenette a trip hazard. I would give this zero stars if I could
