Location Great - in the centre of the city, close to everything. Easy access into the property via key code and box.
The apartment was up 2 flights of stairs which my elderly parents struggled with.
The rooms were very small and the living room smelled musty. It needs a bit of TLC - cracked tiles, stained sofa etc.
Some of the apartments in the photos looked great, we got the one that wasn't.
Water was cold unless you pressed a "boost" button. Dad had a cold shower before we figured this out.

Location was great.
We have family in Derry so we weren't in the apartment very much. Just to sleep.
Apartment was very poky and tired
No shower gel
TV completely disconnected and batteries in remote didn't work
