This elegant yet cosy townhouse has retained many of its period features and is a perfect base for your visit to the vibrant city of Derry. The property, which comfortably sleeps six, consists of 1 king size bedroom and 2 double bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped modern kitchen including washing machine, oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. The dining room allows direct access onto a sun trapped decked area which is enclosed by the historic city walls. From this unique outdoor space, you can enjoy the gentle buzz of early city life.

Our guests just love our central location, according to independent reviews. There are various bars, restaurants and shops within a 2 minute walk from the property as well as many cultural attractions and museums. We are close to many of the city's landmarks including the Guildhall, The Diamond and The Tower Museum, as well as the main shopping centres Richmond Centre and Foyleside Shopping Centre, which also offers secure parking. City of Derry Airport is 7.5 miles away.

    Paul was the perfect host. He went above and beyond when we had washer problems and when one of us left her jacket at the pub up the street. We thank you so much Paul for your kindness and assistance. Loved learning the history of the apartment!

    We really enjoyed the townhouse: such a lively neighborhood with friendly locals; layout of the house was super fun; beds were comfy and great water pressure & plenty of hot water. Loved the proximity to the walls and the rich history of Derry. Highly recommend!

    Staying here was wonderful. We were able to check in early. We had a problem with the shower, the host came straight an away and solved the problem immediately. Paul was very approachable, very great help. My only trouble was caused by my lack of research on the area. I had no idea it was as hilly. This had nothing to do with the host or our accommodation.
