Quartier calme, appartement propre, bien décoré et bien équipé pour un court séjour. La possibilité de se garer devant la maison, le PDF touristique proposé par Bridgine et les denrées fournies pour le petit déjeuner sont très appréciables.
Il manque une table basse devant le canapé pour prendre le petit déjeuner, même s'il y a moyen de se débrouiller en rentrant celle de la terrasse.

A flight of 25-30 concrete steps down the side of the main property brings you to your own entrance. Very private. This place is small, very cosy, very well appointed, and with its own garden, decking, table, and chairs. A washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen was spot on for a wardrobe refresh after living out of a suitcase. An excellent big television. The host had left us some stuff out like tea coffee milk and biscuits which was very welcome. Loads of parking. A brilliant view of Derry from the top of the road. It is in a suburban area about 30 minutes walk from the centre. There are local cabs available if you want to avoid the very steep hills down to the river (and up again!). Cabs can be booked by app and are very cheap and good value. A good stay.
Check you are okay with steps if you have any issues with steps, but no problem recommending this place. This was very pleasant indeed.

Compact, warm, comfortable. Ideal for a short stay. Very good communications with owner prior to visit. Also a nice wee welcome pack.
The gate in the garden was constantly banging in the strong wind. The snib for closing it was out of reach on the inside!
