La ubicación es excelente, alejada de la ciudad y del caos en el medio de la selva, pero super accesible en moto o bici que ellos ofrecen para rentar. Las habitaciones son de tamaño mediano pero sirven para estar unos días, el aire funciona muy bien. El desayuno es básico pero suficiente para arrancar tu día
La pileta tenía algo de moho en los bordes y fondo, pero no fue un impedimento para meterme igual y al ser un homestay a veces los niños locales juegan a tirarse agua, a la pelota, gritan y corren alrededor de la piscina y puede ser un poco molesto.
Los hosts son amorosos, pero hay poca comunicación entre ellos al parecer porque uno a veces nos decía una cosa y después otro otra, nada grave pero con el nivel de ingles básico a veces puede prestar confusión.

Great location out of town in lovely garden
Beds were uncomfortable and bungalows not bungalows rather detached rooms . I was in the third row so the view was the next one , 2 metres away

Beutiful place, kind reception guy that helps with everything, room is clean with great aircon and beautiful mountain placement.
You can rent bikes, bicycles and they are helpful with tours and such
It may be priced like a Resort and maybe for Cat Ba's low standards it is - but it is definitely not a resort, and you don't really get a "Bungalow", but small rooms in train arrangement.
Food is below average, maintainance needs to be improved, noisy children in the pool afternoon, the location is far from everything.
Kind of had to search for people if I need anything, even for breakfast.
You need to work to make it work, underwhelming for the price

Everything! There were four of us and we would all give this homestay 5 stars. Lovely pool, lovely staff. There was a mix of styles of travel: couples, solos, friends and families. There is a restaurant, bar and scooter rental- what else do you need?!
I wish the pool was colder bc it was SOO hot outside, but that is really not possible😅 And we still used it at all times of the day!
