Great location near small lake and main street. Nice breakfast. Very confortable bed and pillow. There is space enough over your head. You will have own light, fan and plus connection. They offer you padlock+keys+towerl 200 vdn deposit.
I would add a place near plug connection to leave smartphone, glasses ..

The property is owned by a lovely family that helped us a lot during our stay with booking a bus ticket to Sa pa, driving us to the bus station, renting us a scooter to cruise around the city, organising a wonderful day trip and cooking an amazing breakfast. We loved the pool and the pool table. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The homestay is located just a short walk from the city centre and there js a lot you can do there.
