This homestay is truly wonderful and unlike any place we have ever stayed. It feels like stepping into a fairy tale, surrounded by breathtaking nature, complete peace, and a magical atmosphere that makes you never want to leave. The scenery is absolutely stunning, and the tranquility of the place allows you to fully relax and reconnect with nature. The dogs are all incredibly sweet and add even more charm to this special place. The owner is one of the kindest hosts we have ever met. He genuinely listens to his guests and goes above and beyond to make sure every need is taken care of. We would also like to thank Fo, who was always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with a smile that made us feel at home from the very first moment. This place is pure magic. If you are looking for an authentic, peaceful, and unforgettable experience, do not hesitate—just go!

The location was stunning, and the service was great! The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The bathroom of the shared dorm rooms could have been cleaner. But overall, it was not so bad.

For those who love nature, this place should be right up your alley. I've traveled to many countries and stayed in various wild locations – and I MUST SAY that the bungalow at Chez Beo Homestay, nestled deep in the forest by a small river and surrounded by limestone cliffs, will be etched in my memory forever. A truly unique experience is the chance to use a bamboo raft and swim among this untouched wilderness.

Not everything was perfect. The bathroom had some issues – the shower head holder was badly attached (kept falling loose), plus a few other small things that should be sorted out.

Location is ideal if you want to be surrounded by nature. Option to rent scooters was a amazing benefit, helped us get around Ninh Binh easy.

Honestly the photo's does not meet expecations. If you are looking for a bare bones backpacking type style then it is the right place, but if you are looking for a bit more comfort & amenities, then I would give it a pass
