Nam is an absolute legend. We got there at 5am and they allowed us to check-in earlier. 100% recommended.

Great breakfast with many different options. Lots of recommendations about different places to visit including a map.
The bed was extremely hard. Very uncomfortable for me! The beds were also a bit noicy when turning around.
On the first day I rented a motorbike where nothing was working except the horn, the engine and the light. Starting the bike was a big challenge and not even the fuel meter was working. I was very dissapointed! The next day I got a much better motorbike.
Water is only for sale, no free drinking water.
