Chilly was incredibly helpful in helping us organise our travel to the Viet Hai Village. This was a unique experience in a more rural and relaxed part of Vietnam. We enjoyed delicious food for dinner and breakfast with the other guests. Chilly also organised a great day out in Lan Ha Bay with exploring islands, kayaking, swimming, and visiting fishing village. Highly recommended to anyone trying to get away from the crowds and a quieter part of the area. Thank you Chilly!

Chilly was a great host. He helped us arrange a bus from Hanoi to the homestay, along with activities during the stay. We did the 4 hour hike through the national park to the homestay which was a great experience. The location of the homestay was beautiful, tranquil and perfect to escape for a couple of days to explore rural Vietnam and the Cat Ba Islands. We did the boat trip around the Cat Ba islands, which included kayaking - would highly recommend!
The rooms were comfortable and it was lovely to sit in the evening and eat with the other guests to exchange travel stories. The village itself is very quiet, but there is also a restaurant next door where you can eat. We stayed for 3 nights, and I think this was the perfect amount of time. I would highly recommend!
The only thing that could be improved would be the quality of the breakfast.
