This is one of the best small hotels / BnBs I have ever stayed at.
Lovely owner, great rooms, sensational lush garden, super central location yet super quiet, great breakfast, top notch pool, mega clean, strong aircon, super responsive and helpful in organizing things - just wow

The accommodations were superb but the highlight was our host Nam. She was the ultimate care giver: generous, knowledgeable, attentive, a wonderful cook. She fed us, housed us, and even did our laundry. She has everything you need to enjoy Tam Coc and if she doesn't provide herself she will connect you to the proper sources. She booked everything for us, too: riverboat, sleeper bus to Hue etc. Our time at the Friendly Homestay was truly magical.

It's amazing that they will do anything you need during your holidays, washing no problem, booking attractions/tickets no problem, cooking dinner for you - of course, shoping (we wanted special tea that we found somewhere and they brought it ot us the same day without overcharge. What a service!
Breakfast could be better, it's not that we didn't like it. But you could get bored with only a few options during your stay if you are there for a week.

Friendly homestay is definitely the most appropriate name for this stay! Nam has been the most kind and professional host. This woman is someone really special, the soul of that business. She is very honest, so be free to book whatever with her, she will never charge you extra. The room was tidy clean, the bed and pillows first quality. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Location couldn’t be better. Seriously, don’t think twice if this stay is free. It will make your stay in Tam Coc a true paradise.
