About this apartment rental
Lovely new 1 bedroom apartment with all you will need for a perfect stay. Suitable for a couple, family, or small group of friends. Located in the gorgeous, green, and multicultural Ecopark township, and surrounded by wonderful lakes, parkland, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, and golf course with driving range. Beautiful and peaceful location, yet only 30 minutes from Hanoi downtown or the Old Quarter on the regular free shuttle bus.
The space
My special place is located on a high floor in Westbay Sky Residences in the highly sought after Ecopark development. It has one main bedroom with queen size bed, twin bunk beds in an alcove, and a sleeper couch if needed. There is a lovely balcony with sweeping views for your morning coffee or evening cocktail, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, cable TV, internet, and air conditioning.
The condominium is surrounded by lovely waterways and tree filled parklands perfect for walking, jogging or picnics. A convenient and well stocked supermarket is located downstairs in the building. There are also plenty of lovely restaurant options nearby in the surrounding streets. A swimming pool and gym are available for guest use right downstairs (with a small charge levied by Ecopark management company). An international standard golf course with a driving range is within walking distance just down the street.
