I had a great stay. It's simple but has everything you need if you're not looking for luxury. Also, the woman attending, Nga, was extremely nice and warm.
Maybe the shower but you can manage it.

We loved everything about this property - from the friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and the service! We were able to hire E-bikes and had the best tour which was organised for us while we were there! I can’t fault it!!!!

Beautiful grounds, let us check in much earlier, breakfast very good. Very close to town. Hot water and cold air con.

Good size room with 2 large beds, very clean
Good shower, had a nice breakfast the 1st day
In hindsight we would have stayed another night here quite happily.
