Excellent home stay.Very clean, location is perfect close to main road, lots of restaurants around, but still very quiet place. We stayed 5 days in this hotel. The owner and his wife are very helpful and flexible. They can arrange everything for you for a very good price, you don’t need to go anywhere because here everything is cheaper than outside. So don’t hesitate, just book this lovely Homestay.
Nothing,everything was perfect

Firstly the family were absolutely the nicest people and the were so happy to help wherever possible with arranging trips and drivers. They recommended the best places to see and even which restaurants are worth eating at. The room was clean, big and had all that was needed for my stay. Very well priced for the location and room. I would reccommend to all.
Nothing at all.

The staff were lovely, a really friendly family who were on hand to help when needed. The room was very spacious and the location was perfect for staying in Tam Coc as it is near the Main Street but off a smaller side road so quieter to sleep. Breakfast was also very nice! We were able to rent bikes.
Unfortunately, the room was quite damp as there is no ventilation for the bathroom and we found that everyday our clothes and bedding actually felt damp which was unpleasant. Also, we were staying for 4 nights but there was never any cleaning service for the room so you wouldn’t get any fresh towels (unless you ask) and we had a small bin in the room which was overflowing as it was never emptied.
