Easy to check in at late time after coming from ha giang super clean rooms good smart tv staff super helpful in recommending a massage and restaurant to go to the bamboo garden 1 minute from the hotel is great also hotel rents bikes

Everything was perfect. Staff were especially kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We asked for an early breakfast and the owner happily prepared this for us which we appreciated. The homestay has a very nice aura about the place which we liked a lot - wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend

The location is convenient, it’s on the Main Street with access to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Would highly recommend the coffee shop a few minutes away(opposite T pub restaurant)
There was no one at reception to help us out anytime we needed help or checking in.However, they are available during breakfast times and can be contacted on WhatsApp. We did not have the option to pay by card while we were leaving the property and were asked to pay by cash which we did not have. However, she trusted us to find a way to pay later (by asking our next hotel to do a Vietnamese bank transfer)
