Very good stay at this hotel. We really appreciated the welcome: they allowed us to do a late check-in, which was very convenient for us. The host was very kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is also very well located, close to restaurants and shops, so it is very convenient for getting around and enjoying the area. It is also possible to rent a scooter or a bicycle directly on site, at very good prices. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing hotel with incredibly kind owners! My bag was about to break, and one of them kindly fixed it for me, which I really appreciated. The service overall was excellent and made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Della Luna and came back the next week cause we missed it! It has such a homey quality. The property is located a very short walk away from everything in Tam Coc - off the Main Street on a quiet side street with cute cafes down the road. The property itself is clean and comfortable. The real star, however, is the host: Oanh. She went above and beyond - booking us busses, cooking a fantastic breakfast, letting us check in in the middle of the night and arranging a late checkout for us.

The location is convenient, it’s on the Main Street with access to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Would highly recommend the coffee shop a few minutes away(opposite T pub restaurant)

There was no one at reception to help us out anytime we needed help or checking in.However, they are available during breakfast times and can be contacted on WhatsApp. We did not have the option to pay by card while we were leaving the property and were asked to pay by cash which we did not have. However, she trusted us to find a way to pay later (by asking our next hotel to do a Vietnamese bank transfer)
