Asahi Villa Tam Coc

Everything

Great staff and location.

10/10 – I would definitely stay here again! I booked this hotel very spontaneously after finding insects in the room of the hotel I had originally booked. From the very beginning, everything was super easy and uncomplicated. Check-in was quick, and I got a surprisingly spacious room with two beds and a private bathroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and since the hotel is not directly on the main road, it was also relatively quiet. Breakfast is quite simple, but there is a fresh selection of fruit every day, and the whole atmosphere feels very familiar and welcoming. You really feel well looked after here. Unfortunately, I got sick on my second day and had to extend my stay for another two days. This is where the hotel really went above and beyond. The manager and his wife took such good care of me and even brought me soup and fresh juice to my room. They offered several times to go to the pharmacy for me and asked if I needed help getting to a doctor. As a solo traveller who was feeling really unwell, this meant a lot to me and made me feel very safe and cared for. There is also a large common area downstairs with a pool. I didn’t get to use it because I was sick, but it looked very inviting and is definitely a nice extra. Overall, I can absolutely recommend this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is fresh, and most importantly, the people running the hotel are incredibly kind and caring. I would happily stay here again!
