The location couldn't be more convenient. Everything is nearby: cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, the dock for catching the boats, and at the same time, it's quiet because it's on a side street, just a few meters and steps from the main road. So you don't hear the noise from the streets and motorbikes. My room and bathroom were always exceptionally clean and spotless, and it was a very good size for me. Comfortable, bright, and perfectly adequate. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Air conditioning and a fan. They always offered me breakfast, tea, and fruit, although I didn't take it because I don't usually eat breakfast that early, but their kindness and friendliness were always evident. I did have some fruit when I wanted it, and I really appreciated it. They were always incredibly kind, and I felt very welcome and well taken care of. Mr. Tai is incredibly kind and attentive. He was always ready to help with my requests. He even has a pulley system to hoist luggage up if you're staying on a higher floor. In my case, I stayed on the second and third floors. I know they also have bicycles (and maybe motorcycles) for rent. I didn't use them because I preferred to walk everywhere. It's just a few steps from my favorite coffee shop, Dham Khe, which I also highly recommend. Honestly, I have no complaints. I would stay here again. I recommend it for those looking for a convenient location within walking distance of everything.

Nothing; in fact, as soon as I heard an uncomfortable noise in my room during the night, I told Mr. Tai, and he was kind enough to move me to another room.

Beautiful hotel tucked away from the busy street, perfect for a quiet stay! Easy to locate and the host was so welcoming, he was learning English and we had a lot of fun helping him! We rented bikes for day trips to local landmarks and breakfast was made to order

From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly, the check in, the instructions that were provided, the scooter rental.. later in the evening the owner welcomed us and he made us feel very comfortable and welcomed, same as his wife. They would always ask about the room or if we needed anything.. we also rented a scooter at a very good price and he provided all the instructions and tips regarding the area and the scooter. At the end of our stay, we were also allowed to leave the luggage until late in the evening while we kept exploring the countryside by scooter. Amazing location, very comfortable… fantastic!

During mine and my friends travels in Vietnam, this place was definitely the best. The whole vibe was amazing. Rooms were super clean, breakfast was lovely and the pool area was great! If I return to Vietnam Ninh Binh I will definitely be back.
