    Our room was okay. Bed was squeaky as the bed frame was already getting old. Turning or moving would make a very loud noise which affected my partner. Also, the hotel is facing the main road and street which is double noisiness even past midnight. Overall it's a nice hotel and very convenient to walk to Hanoi old-quarters

    We only stayed for a couple of hours to literally just sleep but all I can say is this is a pretty hotel! It is spacious enough to accommodate our 4 large luggage. Their wardrobe cabinet is big! Nice addition of shower toiletry pump bottles - sure saves Hanoi some plastic garbage. The bed and beddings are very comfortable and smell good! The smells good too. I like the interior design theme as I want to be immersed in Indochine interiors. Highly recommended!

    Staff were the best!!! Everyone was kind and accommodating, they are very attentive to our needs. However the hotel is old and needs a little renovation.
