Location is great. Much chill and quieter than the town. The pool is great. The host speak good English and very helpful.

Their Vietnamese guests are loud and littering everywhere.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights. We wanted a relaxed stay on the island, and I think this was the absolute best choice just based on the vibe of the whole experience. ​Starting with Judy and the staff—they're all very sweet, always available, and helpful. ​I suggest talking to Judy if you're looking to book activities on the island. She has the best deals and will link you up with the best services. Rest assured you're also contributing to the community and not to major websites like GetYourGuide, etc. ​The breakfast selection is great—got us hooked on those tasty pancakes, and I also enjoyed the banh mi. ​The bungalows are very well built and spacious, which helps a lot when you need a good rest, some silence, or even want to watch a movie. ​The garden and pool offer tranquility at any time of the day. ​You can rent a scooter, take the bus, or Judy can arrange a taxi. She can even organize transport on or off the island to other destinations (we got the best deal on a comfy limousine bus to Ninh Binh).

It was comfortable simple, quiet and friendly

The staff was lovely. Even though they did not speak English they tried their best and were very welcoming. The food was nice.

The accommodation does not look like the pictures. Especially the outside area was not like we expected. The pictures should be updated. Just a heads up, the beach nearby is filled with plastic so you have to take a taxi to one of the nicer beaches uptown.
