Perfect location. the owner is very helpful and arranged all the bookings for us including travel to/from Hanoi, Ha Long Bay tours and trips to Cat Ba town. The food is great. Accommodation is sweet. And there is a restaurant close by that's very good it you fancy a change of scenery

Once moved to a different room was a little better.
Room drains stunk so bad we asked for a different room (which they did accommodate ) Rooms need a deep clean , a lot of grime on the bathroom. Staff did not clean our room empty bins provide water or loo paper for the 6 days we stayed. Rented 2 different motorbikes not in good condition. Asked for staff to arrange taxi into town (15minutes) and charged us double of what we paid when arranged our self on way home. Fridge unusable due to mould and smell.
